
It's been more than ten years since The Cat in Boots hit theaters to continue expanding Shrek's popular animated franchise. However, after a long wait, the project starring Antonio Banderas has begun to take shape and will be titled Puss In Boots: The Last Wish
On March 14, Deadline confirmed that the actress from Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Salma Hayek will return as Kitty Softpaws to accompany Antonio Banderas on his return as the Cat in Boots, they also gave the detail that for the sequel Harvey Guillén will be added to the cast as Dog and other figures who lent their voices for the film produced by Universal Studios.
On this occasion, the Spanish and Mexican cast is joined by personalities such as Florence Pugh (Black Widow), Olivia Colman (The Favourite), Wagner Moura (Narcos: Mexico), Ray Winstone (Black Widow), John Mulaney (Big Mouth), Da'Vine Joy Randolph (The Lost City), Anthony Mendez (Jane the Virgin) and Samson Kayo (Our Flag Means Death).
