Three years after two National Football League (NFL) franchises were last presented in Mexico City, and after the improvement in the health situation due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the best football league in the world will return to the capital. The Arizona Cardinals will be one of the teams that will step on the court at Estadio Azteca and the organizers of the event announced when the rival will be confirmed.
Through its official Twitter account, the NFL Mexico confirmed that the full schedule for the 2022 season will be announced on May 12. However, days before the official announcement will be made with details about the regular season match that will take place in the grass of the Colossus of Santa Ursula.
