On April 3, a citizen released a video in which an elderly person was observed getting out of his luxury sports car to attack the affected van, who began to record his violent attitude several minutes before.
The incident was derived from a road mishap between the two of them on the Mexico-Toluca highway, near the La Marquesa junction, where the aggressor would have hit his Porsche car on the back of the van he eventually kicked.
After several attempts by the individual to get rid and resolve the situation through the insurers, his escorts caught up with him and together they closed the way to the person who was affected, because together they got out of their respective cars and began to intimidate the man who was recording the events.
In the midst of his fury, the assailant began to kill the driver's door and make obscene signs as he hit the windshield, something that caused the victim's bewilderment, who began to make some calls while asking for explanations of what happened.
“Hey, what is this! What is this? I came to dinner here at the Marquesa and a (Porsche) GT3 RS came running and gave me a hit back in the (Audi) Q7. This record and record, let me talk to the insurance and that's it, right? I think the wey even dented my door and I have it here recording,” said the injured party while asking for help.
According to journalist Carlos Jiménez, who disseminated the images, the corresponding complaints have already been filed against the elderly man, who had crashed, kicked and subsequently fled the scene without taking responsibility for his actions.
In the video you can see the van of their Chevrolet escorts, with PAZ-30-21 plates, interspersed in the passage of the attacked person's car; in addition to other people who accompanied the aggressor in luxury cars, as a red Ferrari and another white Porsche were observed.
It was later revealed that this is not the first time that the aggressor, identified by the name of Miguel Sacal, had already been involved in other violent moments. The most recent one when he claimed to the tow truck that he was taking one of his cars.
In addition, he was also identified as the man who attacked a vallet parking employee for not changing one of his tires, facts that oddly enough have always been related to his automotive goods.
At that time, he hit hard the employee named Hugo, who would have even broken his teeth with a knee, according to journalist Azucena Uresti, so they issued an arrest warrant, which was circumvented by means of an amparo.
