In 2021, Araceli Ordaz, better known as Gomita, used her social networks to denounce the domestic violence that her father Alfredo Ordaz Barajas practiced against her and her mother Elizabeth Campos.

Several months after this event, the former Sabadazo member was interviewed by Eden Dorantes outside Televisa and mentioned that, despite the legal process being held against her father at the moment, she is not is completely satisfied with what is envisioned.

Look, the hearings continue, I keep going, but there is no solution. They only say that they are going to repair the damage, but I am only going to heal it, with myself and a psychologist,” he said.

When asked by the journalist as to what points the measures mentioned above would cover, Gomita stressed that they were aimed at all the harm that he did to me physically and emotionally.

“But I don't want him out, I want him to be inside (jail), I don't want him to beat a woman again. I don't want my mom to feel this fear again, I don't want to feel like I'm going to work in a circus and that something is going to happen to me,” he said.

Araceli Ordaz also noted that although her case proceeded, she feels that the best thing is not being done for her and her mother.

“I was heard but our justice is not good and I only ask God to do justice with his own hand,” he added.

Gomita confessed that she is currently undergoing psychiatric treatment, but she deepened that working to heal her spiritual part has been something that has contributed greatly to her improvement.

I will always be trying to find the best of me, but if I want to leave something here and I think that God gives me the opportunity after the peace of mind they have given me and I am still alive, it is that I have to leave my mark and maybe it is to give encouragement to other people,” he concluded.

It should be remembered that it was through a video published on September 3, 2021, that Gomita said that she had been physically attacked at that time for defending her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Campos. Both have been victims of this type of abuse by their father, for a long time.

“I've been saving for a long time, my dad hit me again for defending my mom. I have this swollen eye and my jaw hurts; he threw the punches in my face,” the youtuber said in tears.

He also shared that he filed a complaint, which resulted in a restraining order for Mr. Alfredo Ordaz Barajas -his father-. Although he made it very clear his annoyance that he was only in that situation and was not arrested.

Later his father gave a statement on the program Es Show la Mesa de Multimedios and said that he did not speak before about the matter because of a family agreement they have, which consists in not giving interviews to the media or uploading any video on private issues, although he understood what his daughter Araceli did, said: “she is already of age to make her own decisions.”

When asked about the beatings he inflicted on his family and the fear his children feel about this situation, he assured, with his broken voice, that he has never thought of harming them. However, at no time did he deny the actions for which he is accused.

“The first person who wants what is best for them is me. At no time, whatever happened, have I thought of retaliating against them. The people I love most in this life are my children and my wife. It gives me a lot of feeling that these situations, that maybe now that Gomita is an old person, will forget where we come from,” said Ordaz Barajas.
