What Luis de Llano said about possible legal process against him by Sasha Sokol

The position of the long-lived producer was in response to the allegations of the former member of Timbiriche, who hinted at the possibility of formalizing his complaint

The Mexican producer, Luis de Llano, reacted for the first time to Sasha Sokol's new allegations, in which he warns that they will face court for the alleged sexual abuse he committed against him as a minor during his time in Timbiriche.

On this occasion, the information was exposed by the entertainment journalist, Pati Chapoy, during her program Ventaneando, where she explained that she tried to contact him for an interview; however, the content creator refused, as he is being legally advised after the public complaint that Sasha Sokol showed via Twitter.

“We contacted Luis de Llano to all this and this is what he answered us: On the instructions of my lawyers, they have asked me not to give interviews yet, I hope your understanding, later I will gladly do so. Embrace, Luis”, emphasized the TV Azteca host as she shared the message of the long-lived 76-year-old producer.

Later, the Azteca presenter recommended to her audience to follow the work of the fellow journalist and writer, Lydia Cacho, for her work related to multiple fields in the field of human rights, and who has been another of the figures in the national media who has positioned herself in defense of the former member by Sasha, Benny and Erik.

It was in an extensive Twitter thread that the also activist used the context to launch a message of sorority for Sasha Sokol and also to rant against the entertainment industry in Mexico, for making the denunciations of the different characters in the media who have drawn their aggressions invisible.

The entertainment industry owes a huge moral and ethical debt to thousands of victims of sexual abuse. The method of grooming, oppression, extortion and veiled threat always works for them. It's time for investigation and trial #LuisdeLlano #AntonioBerúmen,” he said via Twitter where he also added to the alleged aggressor of Mauricio Martinez.

Almost a month after Sokol made public on her social networks that she had been the victim of abuse during the framework of Women's Day on March 8 by Luis de Llano, the historian also came to light again during the first days of April to deny what the former Televisa producer said in a statement stating that the relationship with Sasha was “free and consensual” and assured that “did not commit any crime.”

More precisely, on April 5, Sokol broadcast in an extensive Twitter thread his rejection of what De Llano declared.

“It's been almost a month since my March 8 communiqué. I thought I wouldn't have to talk about this anymore, but circumstances leave me no choice. Luis lies when he wants to involve my parents saying that the relationship was “transparent”. Nothing is further from the truth. Transparency? Is it serious? My parents found out about the relationship TWO YEARS AFTER it started. I reiterate, when it started I was 14; when they found out I was approaching 16. How could they have consented to something they didn't know existed? ”, argument.

In the message, Sasha confronted people who consider that the responsibility lies entirely with her mother as stated in her statement by the producer.

“By trying to blame my mom, — people who can't see what they don't see — simply dilute the responsibility of the only culprit. And there is nothing that revictimizes the victim more than maintaining the impunity of the perpetrator,” he argued.

Finally, the singer of Cada Beso issued a strong warning to the disputed producer: “What I did when I shared the truth was not with the intention of stoning Luis. He is stoned for his actions. Luis: To think that you didn't act immorally is the immoral thing. See you in court,” he concluded.
