Swiss authorities to hold news conference amid Credit Suisse takeover talks

BERN - Swiss authorities are expected to hold a news conference as UBS Group AG take part in emergency talks to buy fellow Swiss banking giant Credit Suisse. Switzerland is considering either taking over the bank in full or holding a significant equity stake if UBS is unable to complete a takeover, Bloomberg reported on Sunday.
