RECETA PAPAS FRITAS

Ingredients: 1 kilo of potatoes, 2 to 3 liters of frying oil, 2 tbsp of smoked paprika powder, 2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, homemade mayonnaise and 1/2 lemon.

Preparation: wash and dry the potatoes well so that there is no water residue. Then cut them into sticks 1 cm x 1 cm thick. Place them in a pot with the oil, checking that they are completely covered by the oil and start cooking over low heat, so that the potatoes are confit. RECETA ENSALADA FRESCA

Ingredients: 100 g of parmesan cheese cut into flakes, 100 g of stuffed loin, 200 g of arugula, 150 g of fig, 50 cc of olive oil, 2 lemons and lemon zest.
