Around the Rings (ATR) is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not rent or sell your personal information nor does ATR trade or exchange mailing lists with any other organization. ATR will only share your personal information with our contractors and employees who assist us in our efforts to fulfill our obligations to you.

However, we may disclose your personal information to third parties if we believe that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law (2) to protect and defend the rights or property of ATR or (3) to protect the safety of any individual or the general public.

You may view and update your personal information previously submitted by logging onto the ATR website and visiting the My Account section.

When you make a purchase with ATR, we ask you to provide your credit card information so that we can process your payment.  During the ordering process, such credit card information is transmitted to one of our suppliers and/or service providers. Credit card information is then transmitted to third-party credit card processors and card issuers that must use your information to process your order. ATR does not retain your credit card number in our database records.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. However, due to the design of the Internet and other factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

Use of Cookie Files

Following common e-commerce practices, ATR uses "cookies" and other technologies to collect non-personal data that enables us to better understand and improve the usability, performance and effectiveness of the ATR website. Website Traffic Logs

ATR gathers general information about visits to our website and stores this information in computer server log files. This information is stored in anonymous profiles and is not associated with a user's account. This information includes the number of total visits to our website, which files and pages on the website are accessed and which browser is used to view our website. No personal information is contained in this data.

ATR uses this information to understand traffic and downloads from our website, enabling us to improve the site, monitor performance, provide the best online experience possible and improve our ability to serve our customers.
