(ATR) A new video shows the local support that Beijing and Zhangjiakou residents have for the 2022 Olympic bid.

(ATR) A new video shows the local support that Beijing and Zhangjiakou residents have for the 2022 Olympic bid.

Beijing 2022 compiled short videos sent to them, and posted online, as part of a new promotion for bid. People are seen participating in a multitude of winter sports in and around Beijing and Zhangjiakou.

International celebritiesDavid Beckham and Shaun White say "Beijing come on!" in Chinese to lend their support.Beckham is a global ambassador for the Chinese Super League, and Shaun White has promoted both Red Bull and Oakley in China yearly.

Chinese Olympians Yao Ming, Yang Yang, Zhang Hong andZhou Yang included their support for Beijing 2022 for the video. Yao and Zhang are ambassadors for the bid and have appeared in other promotional materials.
