St. Moritz (RWH) Half time, and Canada is in the lead: Kaillie Humphries and Chelsea Valois are heading for gold in the women’s bobsleigh after two of four runs in the Bauhaus FIBT Bob & Skeleton World Championships in St. Moritz (SUI). Olympic Champion and defending World Champion Humphries and her brakewoman are 0.12 seconds ahead of second-placed Anja Schneiderheinze/Lisette Thöne of Germany, in turn followed closely by Elana Meyers/Katie Eberling from the US team in third, 0.18 seconds back.
The winner of the 2013 World Championship gold medal in women’s bobsleigh will be decided in runs three and four on Saturday, 26 January at 12.45 pm and 2.10 pm CET.
