Guardar

The head of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) will no longer be able to make statements on the case of Rosario Robles Berlanga, former Secretary of Social Development (Sedesol) in the government of former PRI President Enrique Peña Nieto, who is currently being held in the Santa Martha Acatitla prison.

And it is that the Ninth Collegiate Circuit Court in Criminal Matters of Mexico City unanimously validated the amparo granted by a federal judge to Rosario Robles since 2021 to give him constitutional protection.
