Review these steps to calculate the amount you are entitled to receive for working in the month of April. These indications have been specified in an official Sunafil article for El Peruano. The public entity is responsible for promoting, supervising and supervising compliance with the rights of all employees in the national territory.

1. Easter is celebrated every year, the season in which non-working holidays are designated, which are: they are Thursday 14 and Friday 15 April 2022.

3. If you have to work on holidays without replacing rest for other days, you should receive triple your daily remuneration, as established by the rule.

4. The payment received for working on Thursday and/or Friday must include daily remuneration for the work done, as well as remuneration for the rest of the unused holiday and a third remuneration for the holiday. The latter is already included in the weekly, biweekly or monthly remuneration, as appropriate.

5. If the employer grants a day of rest to replace each holiday worked, the payment of an additional sum to the corresponding salary will no longer be due. These mandatory indications are also valid for professionals who perform telework.

WHAT TO DO IF I DON'T GET PAID TO WORK AT EASTER?

According to the public supervisor, if your rights as a worker are violated, you need to file a complaint with Sunafil. If it is found that a fault has been committed, the company in which you work would be punished with a fine.

If this is your case, you must follow these steps to file the report online:

1. Go to the Sunafil websiteb and locate the section “Guidance, procedures and most visited services”.

2. Go to the option that says “Report labor violations by a private company”.

3. In the form that you will see on the full screen the fields requested: the company's RUC number or employer's DNI (when this is natural personnel), the address of the workplace to be reported, as well as attach the documents supporting your complaint (such as payment slips, employment contract, among others).

4. Important: You need to enter your email address and a personal mobile number.
