How to prepare cocoa brownie - delicious, fluffy and practical recipe

Brownie cravings? We present the secret recipe for Miss Cupcakes to prepare a fluffy and moist brownie.

Brownie is one of the most popular desserts around the world and preparing them is easier than you thought.

It is said that its origin is in the United States and the stories point to Chicago, exactly to the Palmer House Hotel, where it was ordered to prepare a dessert that would not dirty the guests' hands.

Another story that emerges is that of a mistake, which was not to put yeast in that dessert and that is how the brownie would be born.

It's time to get to know the recipe for brownie with cocoa and discover your culinary side.

Quantity: 9 large or 16 small servings.

Time: 50 minutes. It is about 15 to 20 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of cooking.

Utensils: 20 cm x 20 cm square mold, colander, large bowl and butter paper.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 + 1/4 cup or 125 gr unsweetened cocoa.

- 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp or 60 gr unprepared flour.

- 1/2 teaspoon or 2 grams of salt.

- 2 1/4 cup or 450 gr white sugar (if you prefer it less sweet you can use only 300 grams).

- 1 + 1/4 cup or 280 gr melted unsalted butter.

- 4 eggs.

- 1 teaspoon or 4 gr vanilla.

- 250 grams or 1+ 1/2 cup chocolate chips, can be large or small chips

Optional:

- ½ cup of chopped walnuts or almonds. Remember that this will depend on whether you want to use brownies filled with these nuts, as well as you can place strawberries or other topping of your choice.

- Powdered sugar for decoration.

PREPARATION:

Keep all the ingredients handy.

1. Start by sifting the unprepared cocoa, salt and flour, along with the sugar and integrate the whole mixture.

2. Now you will have to mix the melted butter with the dry ingredients mixed in the first step. Also add the vanilla and eggs and continue to integrate the mixture. The idea is that a single uniform mass is formed.

3. When the mixture feels like a heavy, chocolaty cream it will be time to add the chocolate chips and keep moving. Obviously the sparks won't end up disintegrating, but the idea is that they're scattered and bathed in all the mix. These will give the hidden and wet touch to your brownie.

4. Here you can also place that ingredient you want for your filling, if you want to give a crispy touch to the texture, place nuts or almonds, whatever filling it is make sure to spread them all over the dough and they don't stay in one place.

5. It's time to put all the mixture in a mold, but you have to make sure you put the butter paper on the base or you can also grease the base of the mold and flour it, all this in order to prevent our brownies from sticking to the mold after cooking. This would unfortunately end up breaking your brownies by removing them from the mold.

6. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 170°C and after this time you must enter the mold with the dough for about 25 to 30 minutes.

When the 25 minutes arrive, stick the brownie with a long metal wand, if it comes out wet then you will have to wait 5 more minutes until it is cooked completely.

7. After time, it will be time to turn off the oven and take the dish out of there. For the safety of you and those at home, you must let the brownie cool in a safe place and thus achieve the crispy and fluffy texture that we love so much about brownies. This may take 10 to 15 minutes.

8. After time, it will be time to proceed to cut them into squares or in the size you prefer.

And that's it! It's time to enjoy this delicious dessert and when serving it you can sprinkle some powdered sugar as a decoration on top. You can also accompany them with a scoop of ice cream of any flavor.
