The last time Mario Escobar saw his 18-year-old daughter, the girl wore a long skirt, a white top and blue sneakers. Disappeared on 9 April, Debanhi's body was found in a cistern 4 meters deep.

The young woman lived with her family in the municipality of Escobedo, Nuevo León. Debanhi Escobar disappeared after leaving a party at Quinta Venecia, in the Nueva Castilla colony.
