In the town of San Luis Robles in the Las Varas Rescue Community Council, located in the municipality of Tumaco, residents decided not to exercise their right to vote due to poor management and lack of support from local, departmental and national governments.
This fact did not go unnoticed thanks to bJuan Diego Arboleda Cortes, a local content generator who decided to make a complaint live on the social network Facebook.
In the video, the young man tells why this population decided not to attend the polls, in order to protest the need to make a total abandonment and change.
He also replied that San Luis Robles currently does not have waterways because construction has not been completed, roads are in poor condition and there is no health system to meet the needs of residents.
Faced with this situation, the mobile anti-riot squadron was in the village of San Luis Robles, but those present continued to protest against the unfulfilled promises of the rulers.
In connection with these events, Amílcar Pantoja, who served as Minister of the Government of Nariño, expressed his discomfort about what happened in San Luis Robles.
