Octavio Okagna case: Human Rights Commission will conduct a follow-up investigation

The intention of Ocaña's family and loved ones is to clarify the events of October 29 since the actor died with a bullet in the head. A death occurred in a van on the Chamapa-Lechería highway in the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico.

On December 9, 2021, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico repeated that the 22-year-old actor accidentally shot himself with his own gun.
