NBC Sports Group presents coverage of the 2016 ISU European Figure Skating Championships this week, beginning tomorrow, Jan. 27, at 4 p.m. ET on Universal HD and continuing this Sat., Jan 30, at 6 p.m. ET on Universal HD. Coverage culminates this Sunday, Jan. 31, at 4 p.m. ET on NBC with the men’s and ladies’ free skates. Universal HD presents coverage of the men’s and ladies’ short programs, pairs’ free skate and the free dance program.

The competition features two world junior champions from Russia: Yelena Radyonova, who finished second at the 2015 European Championships, and Yevgenia Medvedeva, who recently won the 2015-16 ISU Grand Prix Final. The men’s field is highlighted by three-time European champion and 2015 World champion Javier Fernandez of Spain.

COMMENTATORS: Three-time U.S. figure skating champion Johnny Weir, 1998 Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski, and 2006 Olympic ice dance silver medalist Tanith White will host coverage on NBC. Bill Seward will handle coverage on Universal HD joined by analyst Ryan Bradley for the ladies’, men’s and pairs’ competitions, and analyst Ben Agosto for the free dance competition.
