Gabriela Tafur and Esteban Santos have been in love for two years and, although they don't usually reveal many intimate details about it, in the last few hours the couple revolutionized Twitter by joining a famous' trend 'of this digital platform. In one post, the model revealed the first message her boyfriend sent her.
In the social network, over the past few weeks, users have been performing a dynamic in which they show the beginning of their love relationship, especially the first conversation on networks; and how they are doing today, usually with a photo together. 'How do we start/How are we going', Twitter users usually write.
Former Miss Colombia, Gabriela Tafur, decided to show her case and revealed the first conversation she had with the son of former President Juan Manuel Santos. The first message was in July 2017 and at that time Santos congratulated Tafur on his birthday; then they spoke in October of the same year, when the model and presenter responded to a story with emoticons of sad face, the youngest son of the former president answered “Tu tierrita”.
However, the message that had the most impact on users of the social network was the favor that Esteban Santos asked Gabriela Tafur in January 2018. “I need your help please! No one has been able to find out if the specialization in Public Management and Administrative Institutions is only for lawyers or not. And I remember you telling me that you are working in Los Andes, so I thought they could help me find out,” reads the screenshot published by Tafur.
This caused a furor on the platform, as several people said that the favor could really be an excuse Santos found to talk to the model, since he could have administrative contacts at that university that served more than Tafur.
“Old trick, it worked for him”; “He talked to him hahaha he says that no one gave information to the son of a former president and only you could collaborate with him there”; “Esteban Santos calls dad for a minute and they find out if the specialization is only for lawyers... The one who doesn't talk to you is because you don't want to”, were some of the comments.
For his part, Esteban Santos also responded to his girlfriend's trill with another conversation, in which it is the model who takes the initiative. Tafur responded to a Santos publication showing a media post they had made about him in August 2018, such as the son of the then President of the Republic.
“Congratulations Teban. You made it impeccable,” Gabriela Tafur wrote to him and he thanked. But Tafur did not stick with that and, at the request of many users to resolve the question of whether the specialization in Public Management and Administrative Institutions is only for lawyers or not.
Indeed, the model answered the question to Santos and gave him the contact of the person at the University of Los Andes who could help him. However, Gabriela revealed that despite her help you “never called”, to confirm the theory that she grew up on social networks.
Recently, in an interview with 'La Red' the couple revealed what the beginning of their love relationship was like. Gabriela Tafur took the initiative to speak to Esteban Santos, during the concert that J Balvin gave at the Barranquilla Carnival. However, he was very careful to avoid being the center of media attention.
“We were at Carnival and I had just finished with my boyfriend, and Esteban didn't go as unnoticed as one would like. Then I didn't let it get too close to me so that gossip wouldn't grow, because we weren't even dating,” explained the 26-year-old caleña.
Regarding the first gifts they gave to each other, Santos Rodríguez said that he gave him a wayuú backpack and received some white sneakers that he still has and, in fact, was wearing at the time of the interview with 'La red'.
Finally, it was revealed that one of the things that bothers Señorita Colombia 2018 the most is that her boyfriend does not reply to her WhatsApp messages, although she said that this is not the case.
