On April 4, the European Commission (EC) endorsed Colombia's digital vaccination certificate. This process will facilitate the entry of citizens of this South American country into the territories that make up the European Union and, likewise, travelers from that continent arriving in Colombia will be able to enter without problems.

“With more than 1.7 billion certificates issued to date, our work to facilitate safe travel continues,” said the European Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders, who indicated that with Colombia and Malaysia there are already 64 countries and territories connected to the European Union system.
