In Argentina, Infobae is the fastest growing media company in the mobile device segment (cell phones and tablets). It is also the most visited online news site from Argentina in the United States. These are the conclusions reached by comScore, an Internet analytics company that measures the audiences of the digital industry.
comScore is a world leader in measuring web audiences and page views, and is the most trusted source of information for advertisers and media agencies when planning their digital marketing strategies. This week, comScore said it considered Infobae to be one of this year's success stories, along with other products of international prestige such as The Associated Press, Hertz, Berlitz, Wegener and Europages.

Last Wednesday, in a seminar that included 250 representatives of the digital industry in Latin America, comScore highlighted the increase in Infobae's readership.
Experts analyzed industry figures and presented success stories of brands that managed to make a difference due to their innovation strategies across different platforms. Besides Infobae's, comScore has also published success stories from other key players in the industry, such as the Associated Press.
"With better information on their audiences, INFOBAE was able to grow audiences across Mobile, Tablet and Social," the company said. It also said that according to the report by Digital Analytix, and in comparison with the levels of last August, Infobae's readership grew 76 percent in September and 104 percent in October.
Most visited Argentine online news outlet in the United States
In the latest report published by comScore regarding analytics in the United States in October, Infobae came on top as the most visited online news site from Argentina in the US.
Readers in the US looking for information on Argentina choose Infobae over other mainstream media outlets. According to the Media Metrix report, Infobae was the most popular source of Argentine news in the United States in October of 2013, with a 10 percent more readership than the online editions of local newspapers Clarín and La Nación.
Infobae is also a leader in a variable that is key for the digital media and online advertising industries. In Argentina, it's the media outlet with the longest average visit duration. In September, the average time of each visit to Infobae was of nine minutes. Clarín's was seven minutes and La Nación's was two minutes.
