Poland calls for a NATO “peacekeeping mission” “protected by the military” to help Ukraine, Polish Deputy Prime Minister Yaroslav Kachinsky declared in Kiev on Tuesday night.

“This mission cannot be an unarmed mission, we must try to provide humanitarian and peaceful assistance to Ukraine.” Said Kaczynski, quoted by the press agency PAP. Officials participated in a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Denis Schmigal, along with the Prime Minister of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovenia.
