Although Luis Díaz has been doing great at Liverpool under the baton of Jürgen Klopp, who expressed his support since the first day of concentrating with the team, there are some who failed to consolidate with the German as technical director, such as Adrián Ramos, when he played for Borussia Dortmund.

Ramos, an international with the Colombia national team and today captain of America de Cali, argued that he did not have the best working relations with Klopp, since he reproached him for his mistakes on the playing field, which he did not like, as he was told. This is how he narrated it in Win Sports:

Adriancho, who scored 19 goals in three campaigns with Borussia, said that Klopp with him was not the charismatic person portrayed by television cameras, nor was he the smiling coach of the press conferences. However, the relationship with him was always based on respect.

“Klopp, from what I saw from the outside, is a charismatic person, dedicated to his team and his players. It wasn't that person with me, but they are situations that happen. That doesn't have to change his way of being or the thinking that many of us have towards him,” he said.

Contrary to the bitter taste that Klopp left him was the period he was under the direction of T Thomas Tuche l, champion of the Champions League, of which he is still the coach. The striker assumed that he failed to consolidate, although he had the opportunity to do so.

Specifically about Lucho Díaz, who already has 10 matches and two goals with the Los Reds jersey, he explained that he has the character that is usually needed by those who have just arrived in a big team, although the challenge is to keep him and infect him to his teammates in the Colombia team.

“I think Luis is on a very good path, he is showing character and personality to play, something that very few have done in those early days. Let's hope it stays that way and competes the way it does. He has a coach who can exploit his talent on a day-to-day basis, with Klopp he can make that quality leap where he can be with the best players in all leagues and hopefully he will take advantage of his time in Liverpool so that later in the national team he transmits what he learned”, he concluded.
