So Around the Rings is sharing a final selection of photos taken by ATR publisher Sheila S. Hula at the IOC Session in Lima, Peru last week.
The session included a number of key decisions taken including awarding the 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games. New members were also elected, as well as spots on the IOC Executive Board. A new Ethics Commission chair was also voted in.
