The program includes reports from the IOC administration and various commissions. The EB will spend around three hours meeting with the Olympic Congress Commission Wednesday.

The EB is also expected to take decisions on the three pending doping cases from the Beijing Games and to be updated on ongoing disciplinary procedures.

A press conference with IOC President Jacques Rogge at 7 p.m. (CET) on Thursday wraps up the two days of meetings.

The Austrian city of Innsbruck, a two-time Winter Olympics host, is favored to beat Finland's Kuopio. Innsbruck was said to present “the least risk to the IOC” in an evaluation report that shortlisted the two finalists last month.
