Thomas Bach says things are going well so far for the Sochi Olympics, and things should continue strongly.
Speaking to Around the Rings during a visit to its office in the Sochi Main Press Centre, Bach gave his praise for the Olympics.
"It’s a great Games for the athletes," he said.
Bach said he has talked with more than 100 Olympians and the reviews are excellent.
"I haven’t heard a single complaint," he said.

The strong response from the athletes is perhaps the closest thing to a surprise this far into the Games, according to Bach.
"You could not expect such a unanimous reaction from the athletes. This I have not seen before."
When asked if he thought the Games would continue to be a success, Bach answered, "I think all traffic lights look green."
But he had a caveat. He hopes the weather does not approach temperatures seen during the 1988 Calgary Olympics. Bach says he had to buy t-shirts to cope with the warm weather.
Bach also said Russian President Vladimir Putin’s role in the Games was important.
"I think his personal commitment is key to the success of the Games.
"To initiate such a transformation, you must have a vision. You must be in the position then also to turn this vision into reality. This is what happened here in seven years."
Putin personally lobbied IOC members during the 2014 bidding phase.
The Sochi Olympics will end on Feb. 27.
