(ATR) The 2018 SportAccord Convention is in the books.

Around the Ringswas on the scene for the convention, which took place in Bangkok, Thailand. The convention brought together stakeholders from around the Olympic movement to discuss important issues. GAISF, ASOIF, AIOWF, and ARISF held general assemblies while IOC president Thomas Bach met with each group.

Bach urged federations to embrace the digital age, and leaders preached good governance for international federations, even those currently embroiled in controversy. Federations also expressed concerns to Tokyo 2020, which resolved to better its dialogue practices at a project review this week.
