The FPLP Executive Board met with guests from the IWF and the following a summary of key outcomes:

- The 2020 Pan American Calendar will be adjusted as follows, recognizing the commitment to out of competition testing and the need for a training cycle, the Pan American calendar will now be delayed until at least October 1, 2020 with the following events now scheduled:

2020 Ibero American Championship & Open - Oct 1-6, 2020 - Cali, COL

2020 Pan American Junior Championship - October 22-30, 2020 - Manizales, COL

2020 Pan American Senior Championship - April 17-25,2021 - Santo Domingo, DR

2020 Pan American Youth Championship will be held together with the IWF Youth World Championships in Lima, Peru this November.

- The Pan American Under 15 Championship will return in 2021, hosted together with the Pan American Under 17. For 2020, a Pan American Under 15 Cup will be hosted together with the South American Under 17 and Under 15 in Santiago, CHI.

- The 2021 Pan American Junior Games qualification was approved, and requires approval from Pan Am Sports. Member Federations should prepare to compete for quota in Manizales.

- The 2021 Pan American Under 17 and Under 15 events as well as the 2021 Pan American Senior and Junior Championships will be invited for Member Federations to bid to host in May and October respectively.

- The next Pan American Congress, to include the run-off election for the Coaching & Research Committee, will be held in Manizales, Colombia in October together with the 2020 Junior Pan American Championship

- There is a proposal with Pan Am Sports to pursue the opportunity to host camps and a potential high performance center in Puerto Rico and Guatemala respectively. Negotiations are ongoing.

- The Board approved a distribution of $6000 per member Federation from Development funds for emergency reasons to combat the Covid19 crisis.

- The Board approved the following Commission memberships, each Commission to report in the coming October Congress:

Constitution Review: Mark House (USA), Deion Nurse (GUY), Jamie Echevarria (GUA), Renzo Manyari (PER) supported by Gustavo Malgor (ARG)

Member Governance Support and Review: Craig Walker (CAN), Shelley Griffith (BAR), Miguel Nino (NCA), Jorge Espana (BOL), supported by Gustavo Malgor (ARG)

Equality and Inclusion: Paula Aranda (USA), Deion Nurse (GUY), Claudelina (PAR), Yenny Esquivel (CRC), supported by Nadia Alvarado (MEX).

- The Board accepted the membership of SVG (St. Vincent and The Grenadines), subject to a development plan, and acceptance in the Congress.

- The Board appointed a 3 person working group of Phil Andrews (USA), Gustavo Malgor (ARG) and William Pena (COL) to resolve the issue of federation recognition of Trinidad & Tobago (TTO).
