ITTF Releases Table Tennis Youth Olympic Games Media Guide

The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) has released the official media guide for the Table Tennis event at the 2nd Youth Olympic Games (YOG) to be held in Nanjing, China on 17-23 August 2014 at the Wutaishan Gymnasium.

The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) has released the official media guide for the Table Tennis event at the 2nd Youth Olympic Games (YOG) to be held in Nanjing, China on 17-23 August 2014 at the Wutaishan Gymnasium.

The 60-page media guide outlines everything that the media attending the Table Tennis event at YOG, and the countless off-site media covering the event, need to know.

32 men and 32 women born between 1996-1999 will fight it out for 3 gold medals in Nanjing: men's singles, women's singles, and the mixed teams event which consists of one man and one woman who have qualified for the singles event. Teams can be composed of players from different National Olympic Committees (NOC) where only one man or woman qualified in singles.
