On Monday, the Olympic flame toured two cities, Michurinsk and Lipetsk, and a combined 104 torchbearers ran with the flame.

The line-up of torchbearers inLipetsk included governor Oleg Korolyovand Russian sprint canoeist Vera Sobetova.Olympic shooter Vitaly Fokeevwas the first to carry the flame in Lipetsk on Monday.

The torch relay marks its 100th day in two Russian cities on Tuesday: Elets and Oryol.

Greco-Roman wrestler Aleksandr Petrov, one of the first Olympians in Russian history, was born in Elets.

Sochi 2014 says close to 15 torchbearers will carry the flame through Elets.

After its stop in Elets, the flame will journey to the city of Oryol on Tuesday. Russian football coach Yuri Semin began his football career in Oryol.

More than 90 torchbearers will run with the flame through Oryol.

The flame is making its way back into European Russia, and ultimately Sochi, for the 2014 Winter Olympics opening ceremony on February 7.
