Within 100 days of home in Paris's 25th World Championship Handball male IHF, the capital launches sports entertainment program to promote this international competition to be held in January 2017.
In view of the welcome in Paris from 25 th World Championship Handball IHF male from 11 to 29 January 2017 Paris offers Parisians and Parisiennes for visitors to play handball on the Paris Sports Park, conducted by itinerant structure the directions of the City of Paris. Modular and reusable, this eco-designed and innovative device, resulting from the legacy of the UEFA EURO 2016, has been designed in a sustainable logic promotion of major international sports events hosted in the capital.
"We want to live large sports competitions beyond the official venues offering entertainment programs and events to Parisians and visitors and allowing them to capture those special moments in a festive and friendly, "says Jean-François Martins, deputy the Mayor of Paris in charge of sports and tourism.
The Paris Hand Tour, tour this traveling sports village, free and open to all offers until October 30 fun activities to encourage sport and learn handball in all its forms: tournaments and team games; individual workshops to test address or shoot speed; video games and toy library; baby hand for toddlers and handfit (fitness mixture and handball) for adults on weekends. Schools, handball clubs amateurs and Parisian professionals associated with the event. Players of Issy Paris Handball Hand and PSG come to meet the public.
Until 16 October, the Paris Hand Tour awaits the audience of all ages on the Parvis de la Gare Montparnasse (14th / 15th) and 19 30 October in the Square of the battle of Stalingrad (10th / 19th). The village is open from 9:30 to 18:30 weekdays and from 10am to 18pm on weekends.
More than 70 classes and recreation centers will be hosted on the website on specific niche (weekdays from 9:30 am to 12h and 14h to 16h) .
