(ATR) The IOC Evaluation Commission was in Beijing last week to assess the viability of a 2022 Olympic bid.
The commission said that Beijing was "capable" of hosting an Olympics, and gave their confidence in the city after four days of inspections. The IOC visited Almaty in February to evaluate the other bid city for the 2022 Games.
A host city for the 2022 Winter Olympics will be decided at the 2015 IOC Session in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
