To celebrate the Opening Ceremony of the Lima 2019 Pan American Games, Panam Sports is launching an Instagram Giveaway of 5 Pairs of Tickets (passes) to the Ceremony, including a Meet and Greet with LUIS FONSI himself!

Just follow the simple Instagram contest rules below to win VIP tickets to watch Luis Fonsi perform during the Opening Ceremony on July 26 at Peru’s National Stadium in Lima! During your time in Lima, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet the International Recording Artist best known for his smash hit, "Despacito". More details will be provided when the winners are chosen on July 22nd, 2019.

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 41 countries that participate in the Pan American Games who are in Lima between July 22nd and July 27th that are aged 18 or older, who have a public Instagram account as of the beginning of the Contest period. The list of countries that are eligible for consideration can be found at the Panam Sports website at this link: http://www.panamsports.org/national-olympic-committees/

** Each Entrant is subject to the laws and regulations regarding contests in their respective countries.

Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, and the complete release of Instagram’s involvement in the Contest.

Prize selection: All Contest name entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the selection process to be held one day after the deadline at the Panam Sports offices in Lima, Peru. The winners will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the parents or legal guardians, who must sign all required affidavits and releases. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

Prize: Five (5) lucky winners will receive One (1) Pair of Tickets in a VIP section to attend the Lima 2019 Opening Ceremony where Luis Fonsi will be the headline performance on July 26 in Peru’s National Stadium. The winners and their chosen guest will also be eligible for a Meet and Greet with Luis Fonsi in Lima during the Pan American Games. Additional details regarding the Meet & Greet will be provided once winners are chosen.

Contest winners are responsible for all expenses regarding travel and accommodations.

Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged, deleted or returned.

The Pan American Sports Organization shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The Pan American Sports Organization also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
