Grand jour au Japon. Le stade national de Tokyo, destiné à accueillir les cérémonies et les épreuves d’athlétisme des Jeux de 2020, a été officiellement déclaré terminé. Les clefs de l’édifice le plus coûteux, et le plus controversé, du prochain événement olympique ont été remises à leur propriétaire, le Japan Sport Council.
